If you do reside in one of these countries, you can easily report your repair or defect via the website of Meta to register.

Meta has recently provided us with this list of countries where customers can contact with directly for warranty matters. If you live in one of these countries, Meta will handle your warranty requests and arrange for the return shipment of your repaired or new Headset to your address. However, if you live outside of these countries, please note that Meta is unable to ship the repaired or new product directly to your location.

If you reside in one of the above countries, your repaired Headset can be returned directly to your home or office address. Are you staying in a country other than one of the above? In such cases, we kindly ask you to provide Unbound XR's address as the return address when supporting Meta. Unbound XR is Meta's trusted partner and will act as an intermediary to ensure a seamless resolution of your warranty issues. By providing Meta with the address details below, you enable them to carry out the necessary repairs or replacements:
