We offer a 2-year warranty for consumer orders. This means that we guarantee the proper functioning and quality of the product for a period of 2 years after purchase. Should a defect occur within this period due to defects in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our option. This warranty applies to normal use of the product in accordance with the supplied instructions.
A warranty period of 1 year applies to business orders. We understand that business customers have different needs and requirements. That is why we offer a 1-year warranty on our business products. This term guarantees the proper functioning and quality of the product for one year after purchase. Should defects arise within this period due to defects in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our option.

Claiming warranty and / or repair
You can make a warranty claim or offer your product for repair in the following cases:
- Defect within the warranty period of the product;
- Defect outside the warranty period of the product, which may incur costs.
If you wish us to examine the product, the return costs are for your account. If the investigation shows that the warranty application is valid, we will refund the return costs incurred.
Important: We only reimburse the standard return costs. This does not include additional insurance.
As soon as we receive your product for a warranty application, we will first assess whether the problem falls within or outside the warranty and whether our VR specialists can solve the problem. If it is not a warranty case, (investigation) costs may be associated with the handling of the service request and the repair of the product. We strive to provide you with an estimate of these possible costs in advance, so that you are not faced with unexpected expenses.
In some cases there are exceptions to the standard warranty conditions:
- The seller's guarantee cannot be transferred if a product is resold via a second-hand platform such as marketplace under Consumer, for example.
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or unauthorized modifications to the product.
- Products with (internal) moisture, fall, impact, sun and/or pressure damage.
- Batteries: Batteries are utensils and fall outside the standard term of 2 years. Batteries have a standard warranty period of 1 year.
Directly contact with the manufacturer
For some products, such as HTC VIVE products*, it is faster to contact with the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers repair a product free of charge, or offer to send the product for repair under warranty. We therefore recommend in some cases to directly contact with the manufacturer for the fastest possible processing of your RMA request.
