ZOTAC VR GO 2.0 Backpack PC
Never bother with cables again
An active VR headset must always be attached to a Computer. After all, the power of the Computer ensures that the Headset can provide such a beautiful image. However, it is extremely inconvenient to run a long cable to your Computer. When you are completely absorbed in the virtual world, and you don't pay attention to the cables, it can just happen that you stumble over the cables. Not nice! This can of course be partly solved by connecting your Headset wirelessly, but with that you lose some of the power and security of the cabling. The solution? Use a Computer that you carry on your back! with the Zotac VR GO 2.0 backpack PC you have all the speed and power you are used to from a wired VR connection, but you have the convenience of a wireless connection! Ideal for use in arcades or when doing with free-roaming. The light weight of the Computer allows you to carry it comfortably on your back, and all connections are efficiently incorporated into the design, so cabling does not get in the way. Nice detail of the backpack PC: you can adjust the colors of the LED lights to your wishes! So perfect to use in combination with with the corporate identity of your arcade.
Virtual Reality movies
Watch the best films now in VR
Now that VR is getting bigger and bigger, the possibilities of VR are also becoming more and more extensive. So it's only a matter of time before the first full VR movie hits the big screen. The first projects of VR films were therefore premiered during the Sundance Festival 2019, the festival for mostly creative and experimental films. A standout film was Disney's new project; called "Cycles". This is the first VR animated short from the studio behind the well-known Disney films. Also, 20th Century Fox has previously released a short VR film based on the movie The Martian. In this film you imagine yourself on the barren lands of Mars. To watch a VR movie on youtube you only need a phone and passive VR headset. For the best (passive) viewing experience, we recommend the Bobo VR Z5 (2018) On. You can link your phone to the built-in headphones, so you can also enjoy surround sound.

New headsets: HTC Vive Focus Plus
Soon we can expect the new Headset from Oculus, the Oculus Quest. This stand-alone Headset is aimed with mainly at Consumers who want to purchase a Headset that is not too expensive, but a Headset that is powerful enough to play games play along and launch applications. HTC VIVE focuses with its new Headset on the other side of the market: companies that want to enter the world of VR, without making a large investment. do in the corresponding PC. The new HTC Vive Focus Plus is a stand-alone Headset that uses its own processor, instead of a processor in a PC. So you no longer have to worry about cables, while you do have enough power to run large applications.
The difference compared to the HTC VIVE Focus, which was released in 2017, is that the Focus Plus has a new and improved Controllers. The new Controllers support 6 DoF (degrees of freedom), meaning your hands are tracked on three different axes: up and down, left to right, and front and back. The old VIVE Focus, and therefore most stand-alone headsets, only have 3 DoF. Better tracking also means better use in practice, so this is a nice addition to the existing HTC VIVE Focus!
