1. We put together a complete package of with different XR hardware that matches with your software

Based on the specifications of your software, we have a package of with different XR hardware, necessary peripherals and accessories ready. The customer puts together his or her order from the hardware and then passes it on to the ISV or to us. We can also provide tailor-made advice.

2. We test to ensure quality

Once the final order has been placed, we will start working on it. The XR glasses and/or additional equipment are provided with the correct Mobile Device Management and your software. We test the operation of the hardware and software. We do this so that quality is guaranteed before we ship everything to the end customer.

3. We ship the complete order

We pack the chosen equipment and accessories and, if desired, provide them with your branding. The entire order is prepared for worldwide shipping.

4. We go one step further

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with with the hardware or software configuration, Unbound is available to provide support to you and your customers by telephone and email 5 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are also happy to provide training if your customer needs it. In this way we really take everything off your hands.

  • Creating accounts with, for example, Meta, Pico or Steam*.
  • Testing the setup through a sanity test to ensure everything is working properly.
  • Applying the company branding and packing ready for use.
  • Worldwide insured shipping to your customers.
  • Providing financing for purchases from €10,000.
    • *If the applications to be installed are only accessible via an individual Meta account, then we must create a separate Meta account for each Headset. However, if this is not a requirement, we can create a single Meta account that can be used on up to 30 devices.

      • Extending the manufacturer's warranty and/or adding non-life insurance for the hardware.
