The XGRIDS PortalCam Premium Kit is a comprehensive, portable 3D capture solution for quickly digitising indoor and outdoor spaces. Thanks to the combination of LiDAR and a four-camera system, comprising two fisheye and two front cameras, you can capture entire environments without complex setups or external tracking. The collected data can be processed into photorealistic digital replicas for digital twins, virtual tours, AR/VR content, and other professional applications.
The PortalCam weighs 870 grams without a tripod and features a robust housing made of aircraft-grade aluminium. The LiDAR sensor records up to 856,000 points per second and has a scanning range of up to 30 meters for surfaces with low reflectivity and up to 60 meters for high reflectivity. Each fisheye camera provides a field of view of 200° × 200°, while the front cameras capture additional visual details for lifelike reconstructions.
The Premium Kit comes with two interchangeable batteries, allowing you to work longer on location and easily replace an empty battery. One battery provides up to approximately 60 minutes of continuous scanning. Additionally, the PortalCam has 512 GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS support.
