What hardware is used?

The Gemvision Ready to Go Kit makes exclusive use of the Vuzix M400 AR glasses. This Headset offers a high wearing comfort and has a good quality built-in camera. This makes it possible to record videos and take photos in high quality. All this incorporated in a very small Headset that can be worn comfortably for long periods of time.

In addition to the Vuzix M400 glasses, the Ready to Go Kit contains the following products and accessories:

✓ Remote specialists for Hamer. Hamer uses Gemvision with the smart glasses from Vuzix to allow technicians to watch live on location. They do this with using video streamed to the Vuzix goggles. For example, an external product specialist can watch live with a service technician, without being physically present.

✓ Wound care 2.0 remotely. In this project, Gemvision collaborates with with with the hospital and Careaz Homecare to enable district nurses to work "hands-free". The aim of this project is to provide home district nurses with professional support in wound care for patients.

✓ Air-condition service and remote assistance. Daikin uses their own Gemvision platform, where the technician with can use the Vuzix glasses to show the helpdesk employee what he sees himself. The helpdesk employee can then draw on the screen, point to something or even share his own screen. Meanwhile, the mechanic can go about his business hands-free.
