Pimax Dream Air (SLAM + controllers)
Note: This pertains to the Pimax Dream Air SLAM model inclusive of controllers with a 2D headband. This version utilises inside-out SLAM tracking and is therefore not intended for SteamVR Lighthouse tracking.
The Pimax Dream Air SLAM is an ultra-light high-end PC VR headset for users who want to combine maximum image quality with simple tracking. Unlike the Lighthouse version, this model operates with built-in SLAM tracking, eliminating the need for external base stations. Thanks to the included 6DOF controllers, the headset is immediately ready for precise interaction within VR environments.
With Sony Micro-OLED displays, a resolution of 3840 x 3552 pixels per eye, and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, the Dream Air delivers an exceptionally sharp and fluid image. The Pimax ConcaveView optics provide a horizontal field of view up to 110 degrees, while the low headset weight of less than 170 grams ensures a high level of comfort during extended VR sessions. Additionally, the headset features eye tracking, hand tracking, integrated spatial audio, active cooling, and support via Pimax Play.
