1. Introduction & Personal Advice
We think it's important to get to know our customers. We do this by personally getting acquainted. During this initial meeting, we discuss what your wishes and expectations of Virtual Reality are, and it is possible to look around in our VR showroom. After an introductory conversation, we can make an appointment to visit you at your location. At that time, we can carry out a survey to map out which VR hardware you need and how you can best place it.

2. Installation & Turn Key Delivery
In addition to selling VR hardware, we also offer an installation service. We make personal arrangements with you to bring the products and connect them the same day. It is even possible to take out a professional Virtual Reality package with us. Under the guidance of a professional team, we build a Virtual Reality Arena and connect the necessary VR hardware.

3. Fault Service & Service Levels
Our fault service is a service where we are available 6 days a week (from Monday to Saturday) to handle faults and defects in your VR arcade or centre. This service can be taken out at different levels with us. Would you like to have service only on weekdays or should we also be available for you at the weekend? You can choose from the following service levels*
- Bronze: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 17.30 and respond within 24 hours;
- Silver: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 22.00 and respond within 8 hours;
- Gold: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 22.00 and respond within 2 hours.
* The price of the different server levels depends on the number of products covered.
