The XREAL AURA is a new generation spatial computing glass that combines the portability of an AR glass with the capabilities of a full Android XR platform. Unlike simple display glasses, the XREAL AURA is designed as a complete spatial computing system, consisting of a lightweight glass and a separate compute puck. This ensures better distribution of performance, battery use and wearing comfort, while keeping the glass compact and suitable for prolonged use.

The glass features an optical see-through display with a 70-degree field of view, spatially displaying digital content while keeping the real environment directly visible. Thanks to Sony Micro-OLED screens with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels per eye and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, the XREAL AURA is suitable for entertainment, productivity, spatial media and interactive XR applications. The built-in electrochromic dimming offers five transparency levels, allowing users to easily switch between more focus focus on digital content or more view of the environment.

The XREAL AURA runs on Android XR and supports Gemini as an integrated AI assistant. With the user's permission, Gemini can assist based on what is visible on the screen or in the environment. This makes the glass interesting for applications such as navigation, learning, collaboration, creative workflows and contextual support during work. Through Google Play, millions of apps are available, including well-known applications such as YouTube, Google Maps, Chrome, Photos and Gemini AI.

For spatial interaction, the XREAL AURA features world-facing tracking cameras, 6DoF spatial anchoring, hand tracking and real-time AI perception. This allows the user to not only look at digital content, but also interact with it more naturally via hands, voice and the touchpad on the compute puck. External Bluetooth accessories such as keyboards, mice and game controllers are also supported, making the glass suitable for both mobile use and productive work setups.

The compute puck is powered by the Snapdragon Reality Elite platform and works together with the XREAL X1S Spatial Coprocessor in the glass. This dual-chip architecture ensures stable spatial display, low latency and sufficient computing power for Android XR experiences. In addition, the puck supports DP-in via USB-C, allowing the XREAL AURA to also be connected to a PC, laptop or handheld console. With spatial audio, Bose EQ-tuning, a 4-microphone array, Wi-Fi 6/6E and Bluetooth 5.3, the XREAL AURA is a versatile spatial computing solution for entertainment, work and development.
