Delivery, delivery times and shipping costs

If you place your online order on a working day before 23:00, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as iDeal or PayPal, your order will usually be dispatched the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our webshop, an estimated delivery time will always be provided on the product page. If a longer delivery time is indicated for a product, we will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Your order will be reserved in our system, and when the product arrives in our warehouse, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch immediately.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: you will only receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code once your order leaves our warehouse. If your product is not immediately in stock, the shipping confirmation may therefore come later. Are you unsure if you have received the correct confirmation? You can always contact our customer service.

Shipping costs
Orders with a value of €75 or more are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. For orders under €75, we charge €4.95 per order to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs to other countries are automatically calculated via our check-out and may vary by country.
Shipping options
With a direct payment method, your shipment is processed immediately in our system. With a bank transfer or payment on invoice, it may take a few working days before your order is processed. If you want to ensure a quick handling of your order, we advise completing the order via a direct payment method. If you place an order with payment on invoice* but need the order quickly, you can send an extra order confirmation to e-mail at service@unboundxr.nl.

* Orders placed over the weekend are usually delivered the next working day (Monday), but in some cases, due to PostNL-aflevering, this may occur on Tuesday.
International shipping
For every shipment, once the order is placed, we immediately prepare the order for dispatch. However, international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping within the Netherlands. Curious about how long it will take to deliver your order? Please refer to the table below.

Large order
Have you placed a large order with us? We may personally deliver it. Not only do we enjoy having personal contact with our customers, but it also ensures a bit of security for us. Personal delivery is always by appointment.
Outlet (second chance) products
Products in our outlet are extensively tested by our VR-specialisten. These products are not usually stored in our warehouse but are checked at another location. As a result, it may take one day longer for these products to be dispatched.
Products that are not in stock
It may be that your order consists of multiple products, but one of the ordered products is not immediately in stock. Our system will automatically hold your order until it is complete, after which the order will be delivered to you in its entirety. If you would like to receive part of the order immediately, you can indicate this to our customer service. We will then check how long the niet-voorradige product will take and, if desired, create a deel-levering for you. This way, you will receive the products that are in stock immediately, and the product that is delayed will be automatically dispatched when it becomes available again.
Returns
It may be that a product does not meet your expectations or does not work as you had hoped. In that case, we offer you the option to return the product to us. The return costs are at your own expense.
You can register a return by sending a e-mail to service@unboundxr.nl. We will then provide you, often the same day, with our return steps and -voorwaarden.
