
Delivery, Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

If you place your online order on a working day before 23:00, the item is in stock, and you pay through a direct payment method such as iDeal or Paypal, your order is usually dispatched on the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our online shop, an estimated delivery time is always given on the product page. When there's a longer delivery time for a product, we try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your order is placed as a reservation in our system and when the product arrives in our warehouse, it is immediately processed and prepared for dispatch.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: you only receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking code from us when your order leaves our warehouse. If your product is not immediately in stock, the dispatch confirmation may therefore come later. If you're unsure if you have received the correct confirmation, you can always contact our customer service.

Shipping Costs
Orders with an order value of €75 and above are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. Below the €75 order value, we charge €4.95 per order to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs to other countries are automatically calculated via our checkout and can vary by country.
Shipping Options
With a direct payment method, your shipment is immediately processed in our system. With a bank transfer or payment on invoice, it can take a few working days before your order is processed. If you want to ensure a quick handling of your order, we advise you to complete the order through a direct payment method. If you place an order with payment on invoice*, but you need the order quickly, you can send an email for an additional order confirmation to service@unboundxr.co.uk.

* Orders placed over the weekend are typically delivered the next working day (Monday), however, in some cases due to PostNL delivery, this may occur on Tuesday.
Shipping Abroad

Larger Order
Have you placed a large order with us? Then it may be that we would like to personally deliver it. Not only do we like to have personal contact with our customers, but this also ensures a measure of security. Personal delivery always happens by appointment.
Outlet (Second Chance) Products
Products in our outlet are extensively tested by our VR specialists. These products are not usually stored in our warehouse, but are checked at a different location. Therefore, it can take one day longer before these products are dispatched.
Products that are not in stock
It may happen that your order consists of several products, but one of the ordered products is not immediately in stock. Our system then automatically holds your order until it is complete, after which the order will be delivered to you in its entirety. If you want to receive part of the order immediately, you can indicate this to our customer service. We will then check for you how long the out-of-stock product will still be waiting and if desired, we can already create a partial delivery for you. In this way, you receive the products that are in stock immediately and the product that is waiting will be automatically dispatched when it becomes available again.
Returns
Of course, it can happen that a product does not meet your expectations, or that it does not work as you had hoped. In that case, we offer you the opportunity to return the product to us. The return costs are in this case at your own expense.
