Realman RM75-B
The RM75 robotic arm is a more powerful and robust 6-axis robotic solution within the Realman portfolio, designed for heavier and more demanding automation applications. Compared to the RM65 series, the RM75 offers a larger working range and a higher payload, making it better suited for industrial environments where larger components or higher loads come into play. Like the RM65, the RM75 also features an integrated controller, keeping installation simple without an external control box.
With a working range of approximately 750 mm and a payload of up to 7.5 kg, the RM75 clearly positions itself above the RM65 (610 mm / 5 kg). The repeat accuracy remains comparable at ±0.05 mm, making this series also suitable for applications where precision is essential, such as assembly, pick-and-place, and light machining tasks. Thanks to the additional reach and payload, the RM75 can also handle larger workpieces and cover broader work zones.
The RM75 series follows the same modular design as the RM65 series and is available in four variants. This allows you to easily choose between standard automation, force-driven applications, and vision-based workflows. This makes the RM75 suitable for both traditional automation and more advanced applications where interaction with the environment is required.
In terms of connectivity and integration, the options are identical to the RM65 series. The robotic arm supports communication via Ethernet, WiFi, USB, and serial connections, and can be controlled via APIs and SDKs. This makes integration into existing systems or production lines easy to achieve. The sturdy construction and 24V power supply make the RM75 also suitable for long-term and intensive use.
| Model | Variant | Force Sensor | Vision Module | Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RM75-B | Standard | No | No | Heavier basic automation and handling |
| RM75-6F | Force Feedback | Yes (6D) | No | Contact-sensitive tasks with higher load |
| RM75-B-V | Vision | No | Yes | Object recognition with larger workpieces |
| RM75-6F-V | Force + Vision | Yes (6D) | Yes | Advanced automation with higher payload |
While the RM65 series excels in compact and flexible applications, the RM75 series is the logical choice when extra range and power are required. As a result, the RM75 is particularly suitable for production environments where larger objects, heavier tooling, or a larger work area are necessary, without sacrificing precision and integration capabilities.
