Unbound XR values your privacy greatly. We only process data that we need for (improving) our service and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available for commercial objectives to third parties. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Unbound XR. The start date for the validity of these terms is 16/05/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is null and void. This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by us, what these data are used for and with whom and under what conditions this data can potentially be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have in relation to the personal data you provide to us. E-commerce Software (Magento)

Our online store is developed using Magento software. Personal data that you provide for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Magento has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Magento is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. Magento uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web Hosting (TransIP)

We acquire webhosting- and e-maildiensten from TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of services. These are not personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. TransIP is obligated to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Payment processor (Pay.nl)

For handling a (portion of the) payments in our online store, we use the platform of Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bankrekening- or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All of the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Pay.nl's services for which they engage third parties. Pay.nl does not retain your data longer than is permitted by law.

Reviews and Complaints (WebwinkelKeur)

We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, e-mailadres. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, allowing us to link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur uses cookies and other internet technologies to see whether e-mails are opened and read. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and review on their own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation for your review. Shipping and Logistics (PostNL, DPD)

When you place an order with us, it's our responsibility to ensure your package is delivered to you. We utilise the services of PostNL and DPD to carry out the deliveries. As such, it's necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with the courier. PostNL and DPD use this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. In the event that PostNL employs subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and Accounting (Exact)

For the management of our administration and accounting, we use the services of Exact. We share your name, address and place of residence details, and details concerning your order. We retain your data as long as you remain a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also interpret it as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we need to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will retain this information for as long as the applicable period runs. However, staff will no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights. As a rule, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and duplicates of your data to your already known email address. You will receive all copies and duplicates of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. Right to portabilityYou always have the right to have the data we (have someone else) process and that relate to your person or can be traced back to it, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you, at the e-mailadres known to us, copies or duplicates of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we can no longer continue the service in such a case, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rightsIn certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Unbound XR. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies and/or duplicates of the data we process or have processed on your behalf, and thereafter cease processing permanently. Moreover, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. Google Analytics: Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to keep track of and obtain reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be obligated to provide access to this data under applicable laws and regulations.
