Description

Unbound VR is a on-line distributor of Virtual Reality hardware in Europe, and we are looking for a helpdesk employee with good knowledge of the German language and an affinity for ICT. We are based in Nijmegen. This is a position for 24-40 hours per week.

As a helpdesk employee, you and your colleagues will be responsible for handling questions from (mainly German) customers. You find it a challenge to make customers as satisfied as possible and do not like to send them from pillar to post.

You are jointly responsible for answering questions via e-mail and telephone, mainly in German. Additionally, you are actively involved in improving our German webshop and services towards the German market.

Job areas include:

  • Customer support via telephone and e-mail (German, English, Dutch);
  • Providing product advice;
  • Providing information to new customers;
  • Processing product information in German on our webshop;
  • Processing returns.

Functie-eisen:

  • You are available 24–40 hours per week;
  • You have perfect knowledge of the German language in both spoken and written form;
  • Technical aptitude and affinity with ICT / VR;
  • You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You have a commercial mindset;
  • You are independent and proactive;
  • You strive for the highest possible quality of service;
  • You are flexible and precise;
  • You have at least MBO 4 denk- and working level.

 

Essential for this position is a perfect command of the German language in both spoken and written form. We work a lot with the German government and are therefore looking for someone who speaks and writes German fluently and at a high level. Additionally, you will be dealing with ICT-related issues, and we expect you to have a strong affinity with this field and preferably experience, for example, in the role of a technical helpdesk employee.

Unbound VR is an online reseller and distributor of virtual reality hardware and other consumer electronics. Have you ever searched for VR-brillen or accessories? Unbound VR has already helped dozens of VR Arcades with setting up and building their spaces.
