Based on the specifications of your software, we have a package ready with various XR hardware, necessary peripherals, and accessories. The customer assembles their order from the hardware and then passes it on to the ISV or to us. We can also provide tailored advice.

2. We test to ensure quality

Once the final order has been placed, we get to work. The XR headsets and/or additional equipment are equipped with the correct Mobile Device Management and your software. We test the functionality of the hardware and software to ensure quality before shipping everything to the end customer.

3. We ship the complete order

We pack the chosen equipment and accessories and, if desired, brand them with your logo. The entire order is prepared for worldwide shipping.

4. We go the extra mile

If something goes wrong with the hardware or software configuration, Unbound is available five days a week from 09:00 to 17:00 by phone and e-mail to provide support to you and your customers.

We are also happy to provide training if your customer needs it. This way, we truly take everything off your hands.

*If the applications to be installed are only accessible via an individual Meta-account, we need to create a separate Meta-account for each headset. However, if this is not required, we can create a single Meta-account that can be used on up to 30 devices.
