1. Introduction & Personal Advice
We believe it is important to get to know our customers. We do this by personally getting acquainted. During this initial meeting, we discuss your wishes and expectations of Virtual Reality, and it is possible to look around our VR showroom. After an introductory conversation, we can schedule an appointment to visit your location. At that time, we can conduct a survey to determine which VR hardware you need and how best to place it.
This has the following advantages:

2. Installation & Turn Key Delivery
In addition to selling VR hardware, we also offer an installation service. We make personal appointments with you to deliver the products and come to install them the same day. It is even possible to purchase a professional Virtual Reality package from us. Under the guidance of a professional team, we build a Virtual Reality Arena and connect the necessary VR hardware.

3. Fault Service & Service Levels
Our fault service is a service where we are available six days a week (Monday to Saturday) to handle faults and defects in your VR arcade or -centrum. This service can be contracted with us at different levels. Do you only want service during the week, or should we also be available for you on weekends? For more information on the service levels, you can contact contact us.
You can choose from the following service levels*:
- Bronze: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30 and respond within 24 hours;
- Silver: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 22:00 and respond within 8 hours;
- Gold: we are available from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 22:00 and respond within 2 hours.
