A scientifically validated virtual reality app for relaxation
VRelax is a scientifically validated virtual reality app aimed at individuals within mental health services, hospitals and the corporate world. With VRelax, they can manage their own stress levels. It's a relaxation tool against stress, burnout, anxiety and melancholy. But it's also a distraction tool for pain diversion, physical discomfort and medical technical procedures. From light stress to severe mental health issues, VRelax can provide relief at any time and place.
How does VRelax work?
VRelax is a virtual reality headset with an app. Within the app, people can choose which natural virtual environments they want to experience. In these environments, there are interactive exercises that provide additional relaxation. The app can be linked to the GRIP viewing app for therapists, and to the dashboard that provides insight into the user's state of mind.
