*Example: If you only need the camera on Tuesday, you can collect it on Monday and return it on Wednesday. This counts as 1 rental day. **If you need the camera on Tuesday and Wednesday, you can collect it on Monday and return it on Thursday. This counts as 2 rental days.

You can directly request a rental quote from us using the button above, but it is also possible to request a rental via the Gearbooker website. Note: the prices on our Gearbooker-pagina are higher than if you directly request a quote via e-mail. This is because, with Gearbooker, you take out an separate insurance* separate insurance.

If you wish to rent a product from us, you can indicate this via our quotation form or via e-mail. We would like to hear which products you want to rent (and which accessories) and for what period.

You will then receive an overview of the rental rates from us. Via e-mail, you can agree to the price. Once this is agreed, and a rental agreement is made, you will receive a payment link from us for the agreed amount, and we will ask you to sign our online general rental conditionsdigital rental terms.

Once the rental agreement is signed, and the total amount has been transferred to us, we will ensure that the rented items are ready for collection at the agreed date and time.

Note: the shipping or collection of items is always done by arrangement. Products should not be shipped via a standard postal service but should always be personally collected or picked up by a courier (unless otherwise agreed).
